Bethlehem has flourished in the past 15 years we have lived here, further adding to the vibrant community and range of amenities situated close by. It is close to the local main centres of Mount Maunganui and Tauranga CBD, yet provides a secluded enclave from the hustle and bustle of city life.
We fell in love with the beautiful established native trees at Woodlands, at over 100 years old, these trees are some of the last remaining remnants of bush that would have once stretched throughout the Bay of Plenty. This is a truly unique part of the world that we can't wait to share with you.

Just across the road from Woodlands. A supermarket, popular cafes and bustling boutique shops all within walking distance. Ample parking, open 7 days a week.
Our local restaurant Somerset Cottage are one of many exceptional eateries you will find in this area. We highly recommend the licorice ice cream for dessert!
You'll be spoilt for choice here in Bethlehem, a range of garden centres are within a short drive from Woodlands. Te Puna is also worth exploring.
Bethlehem Medical Centre is situated just opposite the Town Centre shopping centre and offers a range of services. Tauranga Hospital is also a short 5 minute drive away.
Situated just off Carmichael Road you'll find the Gordon Carmichael Reserve, a lovely wetland setting for a daily walk. McLaren Falls Park and Te Puna Quarry are also close by.
It is just a matter of choosing which beach! 15 minutes drive will have you at Mount Maunganui's Main Beach or closer to home, Omokoroa Beach is a lesser known gem with beautiful views over the harbour.
